Kaleigh Bruner joins Kids by Design as Learning Success Coach

Kids By Design is pleased to announce that Kaleigh Bruner has joined the organization as a Learning Success Coach, supporting students through individualized and small-group learning while collaborating closely with Academy Instructors.

Kaleigh brings several years of hands-on experience working with students across early childhood, elementary, and middle school settings. Most recently, she worked in adaptive and flexible learning environments, where she supported students through personalized curriculum, facilitated communication with families, and helped create safe, comfortable spaces for learning and growth.

Her background includes experience as an ESE paraprofessional in both elementary and middle school settings, where she provided one-on-one academic support, assisted with classroom instruction, and stepped into lead responsibilities when needed. She has completed training related to student behavior support and classroom management, bringing a steady, student-centered approach to her work.

Kaleigh earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Troy University in December 2025. Her academic background, combined with her classroom experience, reflects a strong commitment to student advocacy, relationship-based learning, and whole-child development.

In her role as Learning Success Coach at Kids By Design, Kaleigh works alongside Academy Instructors to help students stay engaged, confident, and supported in their learning. Her responsibilities include assisting students individually or in small ratios, reinforcing lesson objectives, supporting classroom flow and transitions, and helping adapt activities to meet a range of learning styles and needs.

Kids By Design is proud to continue building a team dedicated to experiential learning, individualized support, and helping every student access meaningful learning experiences.
